) has 20 years experience in tax, accounting, and business management. Prior to opening her own firm, she worked with KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, and NuVox Communications. While working for these companies, she was responsible for all tax compliance and consulting matters including income, sales & use, property, and telecommunications taxes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Masters in Accounting, both from Clemson University. She is licensed as a CPA in both NC (Certificate #19954) and SC (#4425). Lisa serves as Treasurer on the board of CentreStage, is a Leadership Greenville alumni (Class 29), is a member of the Finance Committee at her church, and is also involved in Business Networking International (BNI).

) is a licensed CPA in the state of South Carolina. He is licensed as a CPA in SC (Certificate #5753). After earning his Accounting degree from Clemson in 1997, he became an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Greenville. He later obtained an MBA from the University of Georgia in 2002 and joined the Real Estate department at Ryan's Restaurant Group, Inc. where he went on to become its Director of Development until Ryan's merger with Buffets, Inc. in 2006. He was one of the initial members of Way & Henderson, LLC in 2006 which later became Nason Way Accounting, LLC in 2008. During 2009-2010, TJ was able to obtain the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation, which signifies his commitment to adhere to the highest standards recognized by the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) pertaining to business valuation services.
